Taster Session

Overview

Our Taster Sessions are a very popular and an effective way of learning about Conscious Breathing, commonly referred as Breathwork – informative, fun, interactive and experiential learning.


Participants learn and practice some simple yet effective breathwork tools, and experience their immediate benefits. Participants also learn how they can use these techniques to boost their well-being and performance.


Taster sessions vary in length from 45 minutes to two-hours.

Unfortunately, sleep related issues affect a very large proportion of modern work-force, affecting every aspect of their health, wellbeing and performance at work.
