How long the program lasts? What does it entail?

The Menopause Mastery Method and its bespoke programme lasts 12-weeks. It is designed to help you manage and alleviate some of the most common menopause symptoms. 

Its main objective is to empower you with the tailored Breathwork, Mindfulness-Based Cognitive Therapy (MBCT) and easy movement-based tools, enabling you to take charge of your own wellbeing in menopause. Elevate the quality and enjoyment of your life and work. 

Absolutely. You can achieve the goals that you set for yourself with highly practical tools, most of which can be practiced in a matter of minutes. An average exercise lasts for 3mins.
