What to Expect

Format and flow of a typical Transformational Breath® session with Melike is similar to BreathZone Signature Breathwork® session.

The key difference between these two types sessions is the breathwork techniques used.

A Transformational Breath® session is solely focused on a Breathwork technique called Transformational Breath®.

A BreathZone Signature Breathwork® session, on the other hand, draws on and benefits from full spectrum of Breathwork techniques - delivering a carefully selected Breathwork techniques that are ideally suited to each client. In such a session, you can also benefit fro Mindfulness tools ass applicable.


In both types of sessions, you will receive the same care, support and resources from Melike in every step of the way.

You can also experience and enjoy Transformational Breath® from the comfort of your home, through Online sessions.

All you need is a quiet environment, a mat and a pillow (to lie down and relax) and willingness to experience your breathing in a way that perhaps you have not done before.

Our experience has shown that a majority of clients achieve optimal results after 6-10 sessions, along with practicing what they have learned in our sessions by themselves on a regular basis.
