In each One to One Breathing session, you will benefit from my 16 years of extensive training (both in medicine as a Qualified Nurse and holistic health) and field experience across the vast spectrum of Breathwork technique and practices including functional, (physical and cognitive) performance focused, somatic, transformational, regulation of nervous system, wim hof based breathwork and stress training, and alignment of breath-body and mind.

Breathwork techniques are ideal to help you manage your daily experiences such as anxiety, stress, fatigue, brain fog and sleep problems. However, unless we cultivate awareness of the auto-pilot of our mind and develop tools to rationally control it, we don’t address the underlying causes of stress and other unwanted experiences.
