Join Conscious Breathing expert and Mindfulness teacher, Melike, as she takes you on a journey into how to build Resilience not only to cope with, but more importantly flourish through challenges. Resilience is a skill that can be cultivated. In this workshop Melike will share with you a practical tool-kit of breathwork exercises you can use every day to build and grow your resilience.

We encourage that you wear loose comfortable clothing. Some of the exercises are best practiced lying down.
Therefore, we recommend you have a yoga mat or something similar. Please find a warm and quiet spot where you will not be disturbed during the session. Headphones can also enhance your experience.
