Have you ever noticed your inner critic telling you ‘I am not good enough’, ‘I don’t deserve good things’, ‘There is no point even trying, I won’t get this opportunity’ and many more?
Have you found yourself listening to your inner critic and allowing it to stop you in your track or to make you feel bad about yourself, anxious and stressed?
If you have, trust me you are not alone!
Join me in this free 3 day challenge, as I will be introducing you to practical tools and techniques to change your relationship with your inner critic and bring self-kindness into your life.
Researches have shown that self-criticism in itself is a threat to our emotional and mental wellbeing as it triggers ‘fight or flight’ (aka stress) response of the nervous system just like an actual physical danger does. Self-kindness, other the hand, is shown to help balance and soothe our nervous system, enhancing our wellbeing.
In this Free 3 day challenge, I will teach and guide you through 30 minute practices daily, sharing practical Mindfulness and Breathwork tools including visualisation, body awareness and relaxation. You will learn and practice
- how to connect with your true self – what makes you unique
- become aware of your inner critic for what it is – ‘a thought, NOT a fact’
- how to nourish your true self with self-kindness
Dates and Times: 22nd, 23rd and 24th November. 30 minute daily Live (on Zoom) practices from 13:00 – 13:30 pm (GMT).

FAQs
- I am unable to attend one or more sessions. Is it ok?
No worries. If you are unable to join the live sessions, you will still have access to the video recordings of all three sessions until Sunday, 28th I will send the links to these videos to you via email.
However, I highly recommend you attend live sessions as you will not only find it more powerful but also have the opportunity to ask questions.
- Do I have to have practiced Mindfulness or Breathwork before?
No experience is necessary. I will teach you everything you need to know during each session.
- Do I need to have anything ready for the session?
I recommend to have a quiet and comfortable space where you will not be disrupted during 30 minutes. However, if some environmental noise is unavoidable, you will benefit from headphones to ensure sound quality as I will be guiding you through each technique.
All techniques I will share with you can be comfortably practiced in a seated position – a comfortable chair, sofa or floor, whatever is available.
- How can I get in touch?
If you have any questions, please get in touch with me at melike@breathzone-2.indystack.dev.

ABOUT ME
I am a highly experienced Certified Mindfulness Teacher, Certified Conscious Breathing Coach and a Qualified Nurse.
I am proud to be the only practitioner in the UK, with formal training in both Mindfulness and Conscious Breathing (aka Breathwork), combining my expertise also with my medical background as a Nurse with years of practice in a busy city hospital.
I also have a 15 years of career in Finance, which I decided to leave after a devastating burnout, which resulted in a temporary paralysis. From the point of losing my speech and ability to move, I experienced a complete transformation of my health and a vast improvement in my cognitive abilities such as focus and memory, thanks to my newly discovered mindfulness and breathwork practices. It was this astounding change that inspired me to train and build expertise in these two natural modalities.
Today I work with individuals, groups, institutions and corporations offering one to one sessions, classes, workshops, courses and bespoke training events in both Breathwork and Mindfulness.
