Melike and the Breathzone team will take you on a powerful journey deep inside with your breath, acupressure, movement and sound to a place of deep relaxation and calmness.

Transformational Breath ® can help you let go of unhealthy breathing habits, such as shallow breathing, have a deeper understanding of breath patterns and release both physical and emotional tension from the body. This can dramatically shift the way you feel in your body and bring higher states of awareness.
This is your opportunity to close your eyes, relax and be gently guided through an afternoon of learning and sensory experience.
In this 3-hrs workshop, you will learn a pattern of conscious breathing, that is natural, safe and healthy.
Accessing a full diaphragmatic breath can help you:

What to expect?
This is a mat based workshop. Sound, movement, acupressure and positive affirmations will also be used to help the flow of breath, and you will be fully supported by our team of trained Transformational Breath® facilitators throughout.
Is this workshop suitable for me?
Suitable for all ages over 14 years-old (please contact your facilitator for further information).
Also, suitable for participants with limited mobility. If you are unable to lie-down or have any specific requirements or questions, please contact Melike, your facilitator, directly.
Do I need previous experience?
Suitable for participants with no previous breath-work experience and experienced breathers.
Do I need to bring anything into the event?
No equipment needed. Yoga mats and blankets will be provided.
Please wear loose, comfortable and warm clothes. We also suggest bringing a bottle of water with you.
